RECHARGE

SIR, two year before i purchased videocon lcd from videocon authorised dealer in visakhapatnam. he gave me one year DTH service free of cost. after one year, on 7, october i again recharge my DTH from videocon office in visakhapatnam as south gold package of 1700 rupees. but, they did not change my before package into new package new south gold, then again i approched to the said office they give the tollfree no. and told me we are not able to change your package.after that i called customer care, he told me that from next month november it will change in new south gold package and it will valid upto october.now, in june they are sending me messages your DTH PACKAGE will over on 10 june recharge it as early as possible what can i do in this matter. can you suggest me, can, i take this matter in the consumer court.
