Set top box malfunctioning

My customer id is 3001713670.

I am facing problem that whenever we switch on the set top box, it takes 20 to 25 minutes to start.

this problem is persisting for around a month.

I have mailed to the customer care cell of the company (digitalTV@airtel.in) but did not get any response.

Need urgent solution.
