Dishhd worst service and worst product

Sir,

My name is Bijeesh and my contact number is 9902804823. I'm from bangalore. I got a new dishhd tv along with my samsung tv. But within two weeks setup box was gone. I called the customer care and they replay as sms immediately. But their customer service is too poor. their technician wont work before 10am and after 6pm. I even waited for them full day they didnt turned up. They call u up and ask whether its fixed. without fixing they will close the issue as rectified.

Its now two weeks and total 10 complaints is posted. Till now its not been in rectified state. I even talk with senior managers and most porbably with all ppl . but no help from any one.

I would strongly suggest never go for dishhd. Its the poor server and the worst customer service i ever faced.
