Careless of customers and no value for Customers. Stay away from DISHTV

This is reference to complaint raised on 21st April @ around 8pm for the re-installation of DishTV.

This complaint is not serviced within 24 hrs of time (before 23rd april) and DishTV people are totally careless about the complaint. Its not done for 4 days but i got a message saying that Complaint is serviced and closed at the 4th day! (Without Re-installation at my place and no engineer called me for Re-installation and without installing anything). This is the way dishtv is providing service to the customers. DishTV wasted my 3 days of fruit full time just for the sake of installation. I have been waiting in home for 3 days.

Why cant you guys provide the details for whom to be contacted once request is raised?

Hence its concluded that

-- No better service can be provided from DISHTV.

-- Its the worst Service which i have ever seen.

-- No value for the customers time.

-- Assurance provided by DISHTV is Fake no truth in that.

Overall Stay away from DishTV!!!

There is one agency in Devaiah park (Shivashakthi associates) who will take care of installation/re-installation and these people are totally careless.

Please stop giving assurance that it will be done by end of the day, in 2 hours, at 4pm it will be done. Its all non-sense, irressponsible, carelessness etc etc from DishTV... Please stay away
