Lost of connectio due to technical problem

Sir

I have two dishtv connection VC no is 01390002222 and 01390002223.

both are not working since 16th nov. I have already registered a complaint in dishtv customer support

service on 19th nov. and complaint no is- 31099800 and 30984846, they said to me that they will provide the service within 24 hrs. but still now there is no responce of the distv service provider.

when i call to customer care of dishtv they says again and again same thing, that we will appoint a technician to solve ur problem, but my problem is as it is.
