Fraudulent activities against VC No. 01504169216

Sir,

The service of Dish Tv has been transformed into a cheat one. I recharged for Rs. 200/- as a silver pack customer. Dish Tv charged Rs.4.11 per day in silver package. My next recharged date is 12th December as shown in my STB. But after 29.11.09 my account has been deativated on account of nonpayment.

On being enquired the worthless customer care executive informed me that a) A-La-Carte pack, b) Extreme Cartoon c) Extreme Sports has been activated suddenly for which next recharge date has been come down from 12.12.09 to 29.11.09. (in the process more than Rs. 100/- has been deducted against my account)

Please look into the matter immediately and inform me of such Fraudulent activities of Dish Tv. This is not the first time, in recent past they did the same activities. If i don't get proper justice from this complain I am bound to write to furthur authorities.
