Fraud in the Recharge expity dates

Complaint-

My VC No is 01504255268 in name of Nonie Khanna

I recharged my Dish TV with Recgharge coupon of Rs Rs 700/- on 12 Nov & my Dish TV was recharged upto 10th Jan.

But from 30th Dec you are sending messages that the Dish Tv Validity expires on 31st Dec 09.

I request you to look into this matter and reply to me with details the reason for changing my renual date from 10th Jan to 31st Dec. Where as the message in my Dist TV expity is still 10th Jan.

Reply on immidiate basis.
