Channel issue

Hello,

I have a DISH TV connection from over 2 years now, however been really upset on the issues which ZEE TV has with NEO sports channel...

due to there issues customers are unable to see TEST matches in india, i complaint and was told a year back that it will start soon yet no date was given, however the most harassing issue is that if you wish to change a DTH operator there is no deal like this, we have to buy a whole new kit and dish of another operator.

so it become difficult for consumers to quit services of a operator who is bad or is not providing effective services.

i would like to highlight this ussue, and something should be done in this.

Either they should start NEO channel or should give customer a exit policy and take back all equipments like dish and set top box.
