Service is very poo

I have my own dishtv but it has very poor quality of service the always message is forwarded signal not found, recharge your dishtv account, bad signal & unwanted messages etc in the display of television screen so my family always complaint to local dishtv distributor but he says complaint to customer care no, when i called customer care no most of time they dont reply to the call so there is no solution to the complaint so i m requesting please after my complaint kindly help out from this problem.
