About benifit

My v.c. no. 01500967390 . according to dishtv new scheme if we payment for 12 months I will get 14 months subscription. I paid my early subscription ammount Rs.3372 for Gold saver pack colors before my recharge date.

I recieved a sms from dish that my subscription is only for 12 months. when I talk to customercare dish tv thay said that if the package were downrate benefit should not given.

It is cheating. any conditions should be clear. they were deduct Rs 40 for downrate package.

.I will go in media to open this fraud policy of dishtv
