Sir,

i have installed dish t.v. services on 23rd march and they said it would start after 24 hrs but it has not still started. i ave called there to customer care they also say that the service will start in next 24 hrs. we took this connection to watch ipl final as our children were not able to watch it during there exams. after 24 hrs when i called there (customer care) they still said that you will be provided with active connection in next 24hrs.but still it has not started and everytime when i make a call there theres a new person and i think they talk with fake names and give fake complaint numbers.because they do not take connections.
