Poor Customer care Service

I am having Dish TV (V C No. 01508362994) for last 08 month but my connection is out of service for last 10 days and I am trying hard to get support from customer care but there is no response from customer care of dish TV . I think the customer care service is negative and horribale of Dish TV and I am also thinking to change the service provider.
