Not provideing the channels which are listed in advertisement

In Dish TV website (http://www.dishtv.in/south-silver.aspx) many channels are listed. I am surprised to see that most of the channels are not available while tuning/watching. I have contacted customer care and as per them the channles listed in the site are not the same as their packages. This is like cheating the indian citizen by listing more channels in the website. The company will be getting crores of rupees by this. I have informed them 2 months back, but still didnt change their website.

Kindly take necessary action..
