Dish TV
Not getting the channel

I have recharged the dish TV for Rs 325 this month and i have opted for Malayalam as regional channel but i am not able to get all Malayalam channels they have made malayalam channels into two types (malayalam 1 and malayalam 2) actually there are only 12 Malayalam channels but they are charging for more than 12 channels which includes Telugu channels .due to this we have to pay for more than 12 channels.
