Dish box not working since two months

I have requested so many times (two months) regarding dish box, that it is not working and if it is not repairable then requested to provide new box. But there is no resolution till date. Everytime they send a massage that your call has been resolved and then i called them that it is not resolved and why are they sending such kind of massages . my vc no is 01504795443.
