LACK OF RENEWAL DATE (2 MONTHPLATINAM PACK)

in reference to above cited subject that my name is Bikramjit Singh S/o Paramjit Singh 7 my Vc No is. 01511793859. I bought a Dishtv set top box on Diwali. it renewal date should be 2 months (Platinum pack) but i got 15 days validity. I have complained on Customer care Dishtv center regarding this. but there is no response from there side. I am very disappointed form your servises. your customer care help line no is 18601803474 is paid. but ur toll free no 18001803474 is not working.there is big problem for customers. all other dish customer care helpline have toll free no.for Example airltel, Bigtv, sundirect, videocon... my Mobile No is 9781302210. please contact me on this no. to solve my ploblem.
