PAYMENT NOT UPDATE

Dear sir,

i recharged a dish tv online from dish tv website of 250RS.when prosessing is going on some error shown on my desktop.payment debited my a/c.but not update in dish tv a/c.i have alredy inquery in MY BANKthey replid me that payment is sucess on 29-nov.please help me and refund my money from dish tv/hdfc bank
