I am VINAY KUMAR vc no. 01505742474.My recharge was due on 13/01. But suddenly I got the massage That my renewal date is 08/01. I went to DISH TV dealer and paid him Rs, 250.But due to server problem it was recharged on 07/01and the dealer made a mistake. He sent vc No.01505772474 instead of 01505742474.Now after repeated complains (Nos.52616448, 52695280) and many more telephonic conversation, I get only one reply "PLEASE WAIT FOR TWO HOURS". or "SERVER IS NOT WORKING". I don't know when it will be resolved. In the mean time they have De-activated my connection also on 09 Jan. For deactivation their server is perfectly all right, But to resolve complaints it is not working. And now they are asking for RS.20 Activation charge also.

Can any body help me?
