WRONG INVOICE / EXCESS CHARGE

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Abhinav Mallik and I had taken DISH TV connection on the fateful day 29th September by paying Rs. 1590 online and my recharge due date was 6th Jan. I recharged my account with Rs.500 on 6th Jan and I received a confirmation SMS on 6th jan from DISH TV confirming the receipt of Rs. 500 for paltinum pack Rs. 325 p.m. under trnx no. 80467284. On 7th Jan I received another SMS saying my next recharge date was 28/01.

I immediately called up DISH TV customer care and then the saga continues till date with at least 25-30 calls lasting at least 30 mins each and I am yet to get a solution. The only thing that was done is extending the recharge date till 1st Feb.

Simple mathematics says that if Rs.325 lasts 30 days then Rs. 500 should last 46 days which means my next recharge date should be after 46 days from 6th jan i.e. 21st Feb and not 1st Feb.

I have made several complaints with reference no. being given each time as follows

52557159 / 52558016 / 52757966 / 53471975 to mention a few.

I have spoken to junior's and senior's and everyone gives false assurance that it will be resolved soon but of no use. Mr. Nitin Gupta gave an assurance... Mr. Deepak Khatwani was supposed to call back which he did not. Mr. Pranay has given assurances a couple of times.. and latest Miss Sarvjeet on 26th jan assured that it will be solved and on calling again I spoke with Buvnesh at aroun 5:59 p.m. on 26.01.11 and he could not connect my call to his senior Ms. Sen so he said that someone will call me back within 15 mins.but I am still waiting.

These guys have given all sorts of excuses that UTV ala carte & Neo Sports ala carte is active in my account hence my monthly rent becomes Rs. 398... but I would like to state that I had deactivated these ala carte packs long back and they were not showing up since 6th JAn but still they are charging for that. Evem if I consider Rs. 398 p.m. then too Rs. 500 recharge would be valid for 37 days and not 21 days as in my case.

In fact I also sent an email to customercare@dishtv.in on 16.11.2011 but no one cared to call back.

I do not have any more time nor energy to talk to DISH TV Customer Care on phone and my main concern is that not only this time but in furture whenever I will recharge DISH TV will wrongly debit me like this time.

I would request you to kindly help as DISH TV will deactivate my services from 1st Feb for no fault of mine.
