Failure to provide proper service

I had purchased a DishTV connection on 23-Jan. After activation of the service I was unable to view the paid channels though the free to air channels were available. Despite my repeated complaints to DishTV customer care the problem has not been resolved to date. Everytime I call the customer care I am asked to provide the details of my connection, the stb code, the verifier code etc. I am told that my connection has been refreshed and that I should leave my stb on for 2 hours subsequent to which I will be able to view the channels but to no avail. The problem still persists.
