Non resolution of Complaint Even After 72 Hours

I had taken a Dish TV connection during Diwali 2010 with 100% Cash Back Offer. When I recharged on 26.01.11 the validity of recharge was communicated as 04.03.11. Recently I was informed that the validity was only till 26.02.11 because I had purportedly activated certain packages. I lodged a complaint on 21.02.11 stating that at no point in time had I activated the channels as claimed by them and to reset the validity date to 04.03.11. Even 72 hours later the issue has not been resolved in spite of talking to numerous customer care executives and one supervisor too. Everyone says that it will be resolved in 2 hours and nothing happens. They do not even give the contact details of higher ups to whom I can take my complaint to. Dish TV it seems is only interested in taking customers for a ride and have no interest in resolving complaints especially where they are at fault.
