Dish TV
Connection not installed

I have puchased Samsung 40 inch LCD from great eastern. With that a dish tv true hd connection is free. I was given a voucher and called dish tv cutomer care they told me that the their technician will come to my home and installed this within 72 hours. After 96 hours gone and i dont get any response from them. So i again called their customer care they told me they will call me within 2hours.again i dont get any call from them. So I called them again and their executive told me that they will install the service within 24 hours .yet i dont get any response from them so i have called them once again they told me that they will call me within 2hours.

I dont know what wrong with thiese guys. The experience is really pathetic. I dont know wat to do!!!

Can any body help me ragarding this???
