Dish TV
No installation even after 5 days

Hi,

I got a new Samsung 40 inches LCD TV on 27/3. I got a free Dish Tv connection with that. I called up DishTV on 28/3 at around 7.30AM and got registered.

It is 5 days now and no one has bothered to call up and come for the installation. I have made more than 20 calls in the last 5 days to Dish TV customer care and they just say some one will come today, tomorrow etc.. I am totally fed up calling them so many times just to get the connection. My complaint number is 56434273.

I got the TV to watch the world cup matches and now i couldnt do it because of Dish TV. I request to please file a consumer complaint on them.

I request the consumers to never go in with Dish TV for its pathetic service!

Samsung, please stop ur collaboration with Dish TV, if this is the case people will stop buying ur TV.
