Set up box replacement

I, Dr. Nayan Patel, Have bought Dish TV connection on 11/03 for World cup matches. But After 5-6 days (18/03) connection was displayed message no signal / reinstall. I have called to customer care for complaints for more than 10 times. once technician arrived & told me to replaced set up box. I have given STB to replace but still today after 20 days there is no replacement. Now i want to return whole connection back & also complaint the same in consumer forum that this type of company must be closed.
