HD channels are scrambling

I purchased dish tv HD about one and half months ago. For the first one week after installation i didn't get any HD channels. Later they installed a part that is required for HD connection in the dish which was not installed initially. Then i got the HD channels for one week and after all HD channels are not clear. They are getting scrambled and the video is getting freezed. I have been continously calling the customer care for the past seven days and all the seven times the different operators gave the same instruction like restore factory settings, channel search and asked me to keep in channel 999 channel. After doing all these stilll the problem is there. Finally a technical person came in person and checked all the connection and signal quality. He told everything is fine and the problem should be with broadcasting and also informed me that this problem is occuring for all HD customers and it should be solved in headquarters. Immediately i called the customer service and asked about this, but the operator told that is not true and everything is fine with broadcasting. Now after all these chases for about 1 week the problem is not solved. I am really upset about this. I will say Dish TV is the worst service provider in DTH and advise others not to go for DISH TV from my own experience.
