Activation problem

I have purchase a samsung 32"lcd tv with free dish tv connection. I have received a dishtv coupen from samsung, dishtv local dealer is installed the dish tv connection also. But last five days that connection is not activate. I have talk with dealer, company person, coustomer care. Infact i have mail the saf form copy also to customer care id. But no action hasbeen taken till date. I have paid all the money to local dealer. pl. solve my problem
