Dish TV
Not attending complaint

I Prabhas Ranjan Hota residing in Srinagar my contact no is 9419386097 have raised a complaint against Dish TV (Complaint No. 57437659 dated 16 Apr). I was told that the representative will be visiting me within 24 hours, but no one turned up.

When I rang up to customer care regarding my complaint, i was told that they had called me and I told them that "I was busy and will call them later". Whereas I never received any call from them and I never made the above said statement.

I again logged another complaint with the Dish TV customer care (Complaint No. 57681231 dated 21 Apr). I then received a message stating that my Dish TV complaint will be attended on 21 Apr by 1300 hours by Mr. Sarfaraz. But again no one turned up. Then again i received a message from the Dist TV customer care stating that the complaint No. 57681231 dated 21 Apr is resolved on 21 Apr. However, No one came to me to resolve my complaint, and my problem stands still.

I again raised a complaint with the Dish TV Customer care (Complaint No. 57704724 dated 21 Apr). I then received a message stating that my complaint will be attended on 22 Apr by 1030 hours again by Mr. Sarfaraz. Again no one came to rectify the fault. Again on 22 Apr i received a message that my Complaint No. 57704724 dated 21 Apr is resolved. However, my problem is not resolved and i am not able to view television.

Even after registering so many complaints with the Dist TV customer care and making them call number of times. I am not attended and facing a lot of problem.

It is requested that this matter should be dealt severely and my problem should be rectified at the earliest.
