Renewal of VC No 01508538404

On 15th April I paid an amount of Rs.1000/- to The Smart Shop to renew my Dish TV VC No 01508538404. Due to a mistake on my part I gave a wrong VC No. The number I gave was 01508538408. when I did not get a confirmation SMS I checked the VC number and found that I had given a wrong number. I phoned the customer care number the next day and they registered my complaint No 57532390 on 18/4. (There was a bandh on 16th and 17th was a holiday).

Till today i.e. 25th there has been a lot of correspondence between Dish TV and myself but there has still been no credit to my account.

Dish keeps saying that the amount will be credited within 24 hours. it is nine days and there is still no credit.

I only want to know if the credit is possible and for them to let me know by email.

If it was not possible why have they been telling me to the contrary.
