Threatened by the deale

I am using Dish Tv since 3 years, after every 6 months I have to repair the set-up box.

Dish Tv has set up only one dealer in Secunderabad (Andhra Pradesh) with a monopoly in the city which has led to ruthless & nonsense replies from them. I lodged a complaint against the dealer to the company. Every time I call them I am asked to wait for another 2 hours to wait for there call. It has been 15hpurs I have not received any call from the company. The set - up box was given for repair on 25th May. On 28th May also we have no signs of getting it back whereas it was supposed to be handed over immediately.

Consumers are being mislead badly by the dealer & as well as the company.

Dealer exact words: "I am not going to give it back to you do whatever you want to do"
