Shameless company!

I had given my Dish tv set up box for repair on 25th May to the only dealer in the city. Today after 6 days and more than 10 complaints to the company is unable to respond on the issue.

The above two shameless customer care executives have replied by mail saying :

"We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your request to our concerned department and assure you of a prompt response" (May 28)

-- Whereas I have not heard from them since that day.

We received the box from the dealer when we spoke to them and BEGGED him.

"THE BOX IS DEFECTIVE AND IS NOT WORKING! "

DTH services are a sham! Our local cable operators are far better than these foolish companies who are just misleading their customers.
