Some channels are scrambling SIGNAL STRENTH IS FULL

Respected Sir,

My VC number is 01508908223 and registered mobile number is 9460516527.I am facing scrambling problem in some channels like star plus, star one, sony, zee tv, ten sports, net geo, sab, colors, imagine ..

i have called the customer care 5-6 times they are not providing me valuable info. I have also reinstalled my dish tv antenna two times but still the problem persists. Please refresh my pairing with my stb. AS i think this is the only solution available. Also i m receiving signal strength 60 and signal quality as 70 percent in my stb. This problem problem is occuring from last 5 months i m totally fed up with this otherwise i have to go to change my dish operator.

Please help me out.
