I have experienced horrible service by Dish TV. I had the SIGNAL NOT FOUND issue. It was fixed on 28/05 and paid 165 rupees and technician did not give me receipt. He said he will deliver it in next day. I have reinstalled on 11/06, and technician charged me 426 rupees. Again I have SIGNAL NOT FOUND issue on 18/06 It has been and technician charged me 185 rupees. I have SIGNAL NOT FOUND issue on 20/06. Still the issue in fixed.
May I know how often SIGNAL NOT FOUND issue occur. Technician will fix it temporaririly and charge me. After sometimes issue will reoccur and technician will visit me and charge me for temprary fix.
Again I was told by Customer care that I don't have to pay any charge for SIGNAL NOT FOUND issue if it re occcur within a month. But I was charged 776 rupees but issue is not resolved yet. When I contacted back the customer care the person told me that I have to pay the technician each time even if this issue occur daily.
Is that how Dish TV works.
