Dear Sir/Madam

I am user of Dish TV from Last 3 Months, but dishtv very harrassment becasue company is automatically (without my authority) activate packs and when i recharge my dish tv then deducted charges.plase solve my problem because i recharge my several time and i also call customer care serveral time, but they only ask sorry and dont solve my problem and dont give my money back and ask again and again for recharge for continue the service.
