Logged a request for re-installation on 2 Jul ref no - 62931605, has not been re-installed as of today 11 Jul not even getting a call back on sending DISHTV CALL ME to 57575.

Got a call from technician, got a time fixed; stayed back till 10:30 AM (delayed mt office). At 10:30 called the technician only to know that he is sicks and has dropped the plan of coming today. Same day 1:30 PM tech. calls me to tell I am at your location, obviously I could not have gone back just for the sake of getting a dish connection installed from my work (not aware if he was really there). Now even the customer care not responding to Call requests to 57575.

Please consider after sales before buying a DISHTV (Zee group). I will try my luck with some locally available technician, thanks to dish tv for their great customer service.
