Some channel not come in golden pack

My dish tv vc no. 01504575928, mobile no 09435387486, I have recharged for golden pack on 18/07, paid through INB for Rs. 300/- but some channel is not comming, eg. Zee News, NE tv. trying channel charge in tv but failed . kindly solved.
