Dear sir,

I purchased two dishtv from dishTv. At the time of sale the sales person told me that the deal includes:

1. 2- SetTop Boxes

2. 2-DishTV

3. Installation.

4. Two months free subscription (Gold Pack) for both the connections.

Next day two people came to me from their service franchisee and they installed two set top boxes. But they didn't recharged my connection. Because of which I am not able to avail the service for which I paid. After that I am regularly calling the dishTV sales dealer and the service dealer and the dishTV customer care.

Sales Dealer and Service Dealer don't pickup the phone and if they pick then they said they completed their work.

Customer Care people says that we hadn't recieved your SAP form so we can not register your complaint.

They took 2500/= from me, which is a total loss for me. Also I am calling them regularly but they are not picking up the phone.

I want my money back. As I feel dishTV is not a reliable company. They are incapable of providing the service. I feel they can't provide the services to me. I request you to please get mu hard earned money.
