Channels not coming despite payment

Problem: Not getting many channels despite being part of my subscription (like CNBC, Zee, star, Sony etc)

After switching on the TV & set-top box, many channels (as stated above) do not come. Sometimes these channels come after 15-20 minutes & some times not even many hours. However, some channels like ETC, DD channels, Audio channels comes immediately.

I contacted customer care many times but they have not been able to solve the issue. This issue is now present for almost 10 days.

Now I really getting fed-up with the problem. Request you to look in to the matter immediately & do the needful
