further as per the company norms you were not eligible for pay term offer (pay for 2 months get 1 month upgrade) as we have received Rs 2 less for this offer.

moreover We would like to inform you that your request for downdradation could not be done as we have not received any payment in last 7 days.

Please note that the request for downgradation of the package must be submitted within 7 days from the date of renewal done or an additional amount of Rs. 200/- is required, out of which Rs.40/- will be charged as downgradation charges and rest of the amount will be adjusted in your billing.

I AM HOLDING DISH TV FROM PAST 2 YRS, THIS TIME I AM HAVING POOR SERVICE FROM THEM. WE HAD A RECHARGE OF 350 RS FOR 2 MONTHS ON THIS BECAUSE THEY HAD AN OFFER THAT THEY WILL GIVE 1 MONTH POWERPACK FREE .THIS OFFER WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME BECAUSE WE HAD SHORT PAID RS 2 . IF SUCH WAS A CASE DISH TV CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF CUD HAV SPOKEN TO ME & GI8VE ME SOME ALTERNATIVES OF DOWNGRADING THIS PACK OR CAN HAVE MADE ME AWARE. WHEN I CUD NOT VIEW THOSE CHANELS & GAVE THEM A CALL THRU SMS DISHTV CALL ME THRU MY REGISTER NO.(9960449937) & BUT NO STAFF REPLIED OR CAME BACK PROPERLY. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THRU THEIR LANDLINE NO OF BOM & I WAS SHOCKED TO NO TODAY THAT THESE GUYS HAVE DELETED MY MOBILE NO THRU THERE SYSTEM & INFORMED ME THAT THIS NO WAS NOT AT ALL REGISTER . I M HAVING A PROOF OF SMS WITH ME TO PRESENT.

EVEN I REQUESTED THEM TO NOW TO DEGRADTE IT WHICH THEY DID NOT DO .

IF ACTION AGAINST THIS IS NOT TAKEN WILL GO HEAD FUTHER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
