Cheating in recharge scheme

Dishtv is offering a scheme that recharge for 2 months and get upgrade pack for first month, so i recharge for 2 months and now their saying you have to register your mobile number and have to update in every 2 months, and because of not registring my mobile number i cant get these benefits, but im using dishtv for more than a year and i have registered my mobile no that time and from that time i have no problems with it, but this time dishtv people are giving me these reasons, and i have recharged my dishtv account on 15/6 for 2 months and i get those benefits that time and they reply me by sms that i will get benefits in 24 hours for first month, it means my mobile number was registered, so thats why im saying they have cheated with me, so please help me out with this problem, THANK YOU.
