Unhearing of unsubscription of a paid channel

Sir, Iam an existing customer of dish tv DTH.I have activated a paid channel on April.that channil is at channel no:731.after 1 month I send sms to delete this channel.but there was no response from customer centre.after that also for last 1year i continue to send lots of sms to the customer care at57575to deactivate channel 731.But to my surprise they were simply ignoring it and continuing cutting money from my account. At last durin aug customer care assures me to deactivate channel on 14 sep2011which also they fail to fulfil. I request you to please look into the matter at the earliest so that I can switch over to any good reliable other DTH services if my problem not heard by you
