Harassment and miss guided by the company

I have a connection of Dish Tv. My VC NO. is 01511265295. I got a call from the company in which they gave me offer that i will recharge my dish tv then the company will provide me its platinum pack at the cost of Rs. 175 per month for next 1 year. I accept the offer and recharge my a/c with Rs. 210. But i got validity of only 1 month. I called their customer care then they told me that you had ordered ala carte of neo sports & neo cricket which i had not ordered. The customer care executive submitted my complaint for the above with reference no. 70306987 on 25th september. What the matter will not be resolved. I called again on 30th september. The customer care executive will not satisfy me and told me that their senior will call me in 15 minutes but till now i had not recieved any call from the company and my call also not connected to the customer care. But a shame for the reputed company. They make the fool of public. Now i submitted this complaint to the company.
