I am user of dish-tv with card number (01514035966) raised a request to solve the connection problem and called many times by phone but without even solving the problem they are closing the ticket stating that problem resolved. ticket number (75969286), new ticket number which raised again (76413270)... every time they say that thier technician will come with in 24hr but now its more than a weak since i raised the request..
