I recharged the account but still it is showing recharge now

I have recharged my dish tv account with 325 rs, I have a chil parent connection, parent is working and is showing validity for only 20 days and my child connection is not working and showing message recharge now, I called customer care many a times, but they say they will call back and rectify the issue .but i am not receiving any call neither they are rectifying the issue

Please help regarding the same
