Dear Sir
I have bought the subscription of Dish TV 4 days ago and it started showing "recharge your account " on the screen and then nothing is happening. I have called there service team many times but no one seems to bother. I have already recharge my account for one month and if it doesn't work for 3- 5 days for every month then i think i have been cheated. This is seriously not expected from the big firm like this. If we recharge our account on time then why should we deprive of our daily quota of entertainment. This is a weekend and my parents are at home and they cannot watch their favorite programs and movies because of these problems.
I hope some action would be taken and Dish TV will keep up to their reputation. I seriously dont want to switch to other TV cables/Satellite Vendors but certainly i am not happy with the dish tv as a consumer.
