Issue with request to downgrade package

I have Dish TV connection registered under VC no. 1501348604. On 6th Oct. I placed an advance request to downgrade my monthly package to Family Pack (Rs 175 per month) from my existing Gold Saver Package (Rs 285/- per month) and executive told me that downgrade will happen if I make my next paymentON OR BEFORE due date. I did recharge on 10th Oct and my renewqal date was 24th Oct.

Now I came to know that no downgrade happened after that. Since then they are charging me extra Rs 110 per month. I registered a compaint with them, but didn't get any satifactory result out of it.

I sent an email to them, and they gave me excuse that as I make Feb payment after due date so my request was not actioned. Dont understand what Feb paymenthas to do with Oct request. Got same reply three times.

Then fourth reply came as I made payment before due date so request was not actioned. These guys have charged me extra Rs 110 for four months and now they are giving me silly excuses instead of refunding my extra amount.

What should I do?
