I had purchased dishtv in may. it worked fine till yesterday and today its not working. when i call the customer service they say that the technician will visit my house and i have to pay charges. the warranty was for one year and as soon as the warranty expired the set top box died. this is a scam run by dishtv to take money out of customers. i think this is totally unacceptable. please help me. how do i file a case against dishtv?
