Non installation of DTH dishTV connection after 05 days as time limit is 24 hours

I booked a DTH connection on 10 jun 12. i did not install the same till on 16 Junv12. i paid the amount 1090/- from my credit card. the mechant claim for the same vide transaction id no 010596. but the DTH customercare told me that payment was received their end. i mailed the statement of hdfc bank credit card they did not reply me after 06 days already pass as they promise that within 24 hours they will mailed. please take up the matte
