I am Dish TV HD consumer since Nov ' 2011 since last two month period I noticed the sound is getting shattered when I contacted customer service he put one repaired set top box and took my set top box, once again I noticed the same problem after contacting the customer care they say this problem is linked with satellite, kindly look in to the matter and I need the matter need to be attended with competent service engineer.
