Poor Service, No Proper Response

I have upgraded my Dish tv setup box from SD to HD .I asked the technician to enroll the Rs.385 Subscription. But they enrolled our connection under Rs.460/month. Still the recording function hasn't been activated. I contacted the customer support dept through online chat. But they haven't responded properly.still the problem has not rectified. I hereby mentioned the chat session below for their reference.
