Cheap quality transmission and customer services

HI I have purchased Dish Tru HD by looking at 30 HD channels, 5 times better picture quality, 5.1 audio, prompt customer service and 4gb memory card for online purchase. Since the day I have purchased it is found that the quality is too worse than a local cable tv on most of the channels. Also out of 30 HD Channel promise, only few are real HD. All other channels are non HD and they claim it is upscaled. I have called and emailed several times but they are not ready to listen. Finally they came back saying that my tv has problem. Not sure what to do. Dish TV has really cheated me with wrong assumptions. I lost 2200 money in this. Thanks!
